By entering Hero Quest (operated by Cosmic Write Studios LLC, “the terminal,” “we,” or “us”), you accept the rules of the architecture. If you do not agree to these Terms of Execution, do not initialize the terminal.

Hero Quest is an educational and self-reflection tool for thinking through decisions. It is not a financial advisor, registered broker-dealer, signal service, or a substitute for professional, legal, or financial counsel.

The terminal does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, business, or professional advice of any kind.
The mandates generated are reflective exercises designed to highlight cognitive bias. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, hire, fire, launch, invest, or take any specific action.

You hold Hero Quest harmless for any losses, damages, or consequences incurred from decisions or actions taken in the real world.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including risk models, archetypes, prompts, reflections, text, and design—is the intellectual property of Hero Quest unless otherwise stated. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the terminal's architecture. You may not present the material as proprietary financial algorithms or clinical tools. Personal execution mandates delivered to you are for your individual educational use only.

Payments and Vault Access

Specific risk metrics and the Inner Vault require payment to unlock. All payments:

Are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Whop).
Grant access to the specific software features purchased.
Are non-refundable once access or the execution logic has been delivered, subject to the terms of the payment processor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Hero Quest is not liable for any financial decisions, trades, liquidations, or psychological outcomes arising from the use of the terminal. We make no guarantees regarding market alpha, risk reduction, or trading results. Use of the terminal is strictly at your own operational risk.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Execution at any time without notice. Continued use of the terminal constitutes your binding acceptance of any changes.
