Hero Quest (operated by Cosmic Write Studios LLC, “we,” “us,” or “the terminal”) is engineered as an educational execution diagnostic, not a data-harvesting operation. The perimeter is strictly defined.

Information We Collect

We collect email addresses in two specific scenarios:

Execution Diagnostics: Provided voluntarily at the end of a free encounter to route your personalized execution logic to your inbox.
Vault Access: Collected securely during checkout to deliver your master keys, receipts, and institutional access coordinates.

We do not collect: Brokerage API keys, live portfolio balances, IP-based profiling, behavioral tracking, device fingerprints, or psychological/diagnostic information.

How Information Is Used

Execution Diagnostics: The email provided for a free reflection is used strictly to send that single transmission. The data is processed transiently via local storage and immediately discarded. It is not saved to a database, and it is not added to a marketing list.
Vault Members: Emails securely logged during the checkout process (via our payment processor, Whop) are used to maintain your access, rotate passwords, and send future terminal updates.

Diagnostic Processing

Responses provided during the terminal audit are used solely to generate a reflective execution mandate.

The inputs function as parameters to expose cognitive bias in your decision-making.
The terminal does not track, store, or audit live accounts, trades, or transactions of any kind.
Reflections are interpretive mirrors, not financial, legal, or professional evaluations, recommendations, or signals of any kind.
The experience is not financial advice, wealth management, or psychiatric treatment.

Data Storage and Retention

Free terminal responses and their associated email addresses are processed transiently in local storage and are not retained by our servers.
We do not build financial profiles or maintain long-term databases of your execution strategies.
Financial transactions and Member emails are securely vaulted and maintained by our payment processor.

Third-Party Services

We use secure third-party tools strictly for form submission, AI text generation, email delivery, and payment processing. These services are used only to enable the experience and are not authorized to use your data for their own models.

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or behavioral analysis beyond what is strictly necessary for basic terminal functionality.

Your Consent

By initializing the terminal or entering the Vault, you consent to the limited, specific use of your data as described above.
